Lara Schlinker is the Managing Director of CPEM Consulting Group and specialist in the fields of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, Behavioural Change, Team Development, and Change Management. With 20+ years’ experience, Lara’s strength lies in her highly practical and dynamic approach ensuring she is as comfortable and effective in the boardroom as well as delivering skill based facilitation to on-site teams. As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Lara is acutely aware of the pressures that Directors and Senior Executives face.
Lara has worked in Human Resource roles at management, operational, consulting, facilitation, and business ownership levels across a range of industry sectors. Lara’s work to date includes Local and state government, the university sector, mining and energy, engineering and construction, manufacturing, sales, professional services, health, and not-for-profit organisations.
