Personal Behaviour Inventory

The Personal Behaviour Inventory (PBI) is a 40 question, multiple response feedback instrument – commonly called a 360 degree feedback instrument – designed to provide valid and reliable feedback to supervisors, team leaders etc.

The 40 questions provide feedback across five areas:

  • Adaptability
    • the ability to be flexible and open with a range of behaviours
      in a variety of situations

  • Cooperativeness
    • the ability to work with other people in a variety of
      situations

  • Personal Development
    • developing self through continued learning

  • Interpersonal Skills
    • the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in a variety of situations

  • Emotional Stability
    • the ability to demonstrate appropriate emotional responses
      in a variety of situations
