Darryl Krook
Darryl Krook is an internationally known lecturer, presenter and speaker across a wide range of corporate issues. He is a respected consultant to industry in the areas of Strategic and Organisational Development. As Managing Director of the CPEM Consulting Group, Darryl has worked with a range of public and private organisations in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, and the United States of America . As an adjunct Associate Professor Darryl also consults heavily to a number of Australian Universities in the areas of Leadership and Performance related issues.

John Whiteoak
John Whiteoak has more than ten years experience working with many well known Australian and Global organisations as a management consultant, workplace trainer, group facilitator and key note speaker. He has a PhD and a 1st class honours degree in organisational behaviour and is a recognised expert in high performing organisations, employee behaviour, motivation and leadership.
As a consultant, John has worked effectively at all levels within organisations and engages well with Line Staff, Supervisors and Senior Executives. He has extensive experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions and he has also developed and delivered programs in areas that include supervisor development, conflict and negotiation, stress management, motivation, teamwork, general leadership and executive team building.
John has worked across a wide range of corporate management issues in many industries in Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates including retail, mining, construction, education, IT, government, public sector, and property. He has conducted organisational audits and reviews and is experienced at conducting focus groups and surveys. As a company director he has written company prospectuses that have raised significant venture capital.
In his capacity as a Management Lecturer in Leadership, John has worked with hundreds of Masters of Business of Administration (MBA) and Executive MBA students both in Australia and overseas. He is known as a dynamic and engaging key note speaker and presents on topics including leadership, strategy, change, teamwork and culture. John has also published work in team effectiveness and motivation with many high quality international management journals.

Andrea Krook
Andrea has over 20 years professional experience in teaching, lecturing, and presenting in both Secondary and Tertiary education, as well as to a range of corporate clients. She has lectured at both TAFE and University level. This includes the Graduate School of Management - MBA program - in the areas of Individual and Organisational Development. As Client Services Manager for the CPEM Consulting Group, Andrea administers and coordinates organizational surveys including 360° executive development surveys. She also coordinates and is actively involved in the Human Resource processes for the company.

Lara Schlinker
Lara Schlinker is a senior Consultant and specialist in facilitation, training, programme design and coaching, working predominantly in the fields of Leadership Development and Change Management. With more than fifteen years experience in writing and successfully facilitating learning outcomes for client groups, Lara’s highly practical and dynamic approach to skill development ensures that participants will have knowledge that can be immediately applied to their own work environment.
Through both consulting and senior management experience, Lara’s primary industry focus has been in Mining, Manufacturing & Energy. However, her experience also includes health, QLD government, the University Sector and Not-for-Profit Organisations. Ross Bloore
Dr Ross Bloore is a highly qualified and well regarded trainer, consultant and facilitator, with extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance, business strategy and risk management. He is a CPA, and holds Masters degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He gained his PhD from Bond University in the area of financial reporting and corporate governance. Ross trains and consults for a variety of organisations in financial management, corporate governance and strategic planning.
From 1993 to 2005 Ross was on the faculty of Bond University's School of Business, where he served in 2001 as Accounting Head of Department. From 2005 to 2008 Ross was the Queensland facilitator in Financial Management, Risk and Strategy for the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ highly regarded Directors Essentials programs.
Ross is Bond University’s highest ever achieving graduate. Tamara Baker
Tamara commenced her working relationship with CPEM Consulting Group twelve years ago as an enthusiastic psychology student. Since that time, Tamara has developed strong experience in the areas of leadership training and development, recruitment and selection, job analysis, job evaluation, structural reviews, customer service training, team building, benchmarking and performance / service delivery reviews.
Tamara is a registered psychologist and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. An experienced project manager, Tamara possesses a Diploma of Project Management and has completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Tamara has worked with small and large organisations, in both private and public sector. Patrick Hoiberg
Patrick is a practicing Chartered Accountant who has played a prominent role in the profession in Australia being the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1999-2000.
He is a regular presenter of financially based training programs to many organisations in Queensland including the Australian Institute of Management, the Queensland Master Builders Association and various government departments. Patrick’s reputation is one of making financial management and accounting skills come alive and have relevance for many non-financial managers in organisations.
Patrick is a regular keynote speaker at Australian and international conferences focusing on current initiatives within the accounting profession, as well as providing commentary on a range of financial, national and international issues.
