Lara Schlinker

Lara Schlinker is a senior Consultant and specialist in facilitation, training, programme design and coaching.  She works predominantly in the field of Leadership Development and Behavioural Change, Team Development, and Change Management.  With more than 20 years experience, Lara’s highly practical and dynamic approach ensures she is as comfortable and effective in the boardroom as well as delivering skill based facilitation to on-site teams.  This guarantees that participants will have knowledge that can be immediately applied to their own work environment.

 

Lara has worked in Human Resource roles at management, operational, consulting, facilitation, and business ownership levels across a range of industry sectors.  As a result her body of work further encompasses Organisational Change, Executive Coaching, Measurement and Reporting, Communication, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.
