John Whiteoak

Dr John Whiteoak is a highly respected management consultant, workplace trainer, group facilitator and business coach working with many well known Australian and Global organisations. John specialises in Organisational Strategy, Leadership Development, and Organisational Behaviour. He has extensive experience across a wide range of industries including construction, government, higher education, mining, property development and the retail sector.

 

As a consultant, John has worked effectively at all levels within organisations and engages well with Line Staff, Supervisors and Senior Executives. He has extensive experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions and he has also developed and delivered programs in areas that include supervisor and organisational development consultant, conflict and negotiation, stress management, motivation, teamwork, general leadership and executive coaching canberra team building.

 

John has worked across a wide range of corporate management issues in many industries in Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates including retail, mining, construction, education, IT, government, public sector, and property. He has conducted organisational audits and reviews and is experienced at conducting focus groups and surveys. As a company director he has written company prospectuses that have raised significant venture capital.

 

In his capacity as a Management Lecturer in Leadership, John has worked with hundreds of Masters of Business of Administration (MBA) and Executive MBA students both in Australia and overseas. He is known as a dynamic and engaging key note speaker and presents on topics including leadership, strategy, change, teamwork and culture. John has also published work in team effectiveness and motivation with many high quality international management journals.
