Adele Bintley

Adele is a results-driven Human Resources professional with extensive and diverse corporate experience. With a solid skill base to draw from, Adele is an exemplary leader and has successfully led major Human Resources projects and program initiatives – from the business level up to the enterprise level – where she has specialised in Organisational Design, Organisational Transformation, and, Generalist Human Resources Management.

Adele has proven strategic expertise in analysis and problem solving; and is particularly successful in initiating process improvements and delivering effective client solutions.   In the business environment Adele has successfully designed and managed complex, high quality human capital planning processes and procedures.

As a passionate leader of change and an effective coach and facilitator, Adele excels in fast paced and changing work environments.  In addition to building and maintaining strong relationships, Adele also has broad coaching and leadership experience at both the corporate level and with community organisations.
