In my experience, all too frequently consultants approach their business in one of two ways. Either they bend over backwards trying to give the client what they perceive the client wants even when they know it is not in the best interests of the c

lient or they are so entrenched in a specific approach to any issue/problem/organisation that they are unwilling to engage in understanding and considering the culture and interests of the organisation and its people. In my approaching 10 years of interactions with Mr Krook I have never encountered either approach. Mr Krook has and continues to display a selfless, professional, and collegial approach to this work, challenging us with new ideas and thoughts but always ready to listen to our ideas and thoughts and to work with us to develop a shared vision for our programme.
